Josh is absolutely wonderful. He took time to explain everything having to do with rats. He made sure I was aware of anything he was doing and even tried to be discreet because my daughter wasn't a fan of me getting rid of the rodents. Whenever he visits he immediately sends me a very detailed email about the progress. If I email him with any questions or concerns, he responds in a timely manner. We did lots of research and his prices are very reasonable. I 100% recommend.

Technician Jerry arrived shortly after being called.He was very professional and knowledgeable. He stated that european hornets invaded the corner of my house.He explained the extermination process and after one treatment they were gone. Jerry is very conscientious about letting me know when he will be arriving and if he’s running late (which is rare). Elimination of mice in my house and evidence of other rodents has been thorough and effective—haven’t seen one in or close to house or in basement pretty much since the first treatment. Good periodic checks to be sure everything’s still good; reasonable rates and packages. Haven’t met Josh, but have spoken on phone, seems very knowledgeable. .
