Josh from Freedom Force has already taken care of multiple inactive nests and 2 extremely active yellow jacket nests this year for us! He is extremely professional and always on time. He takes the time to inspect your house for any areas you may not even know are an issue. We are so grateful we found freedom force and will be continuing to use them for years going forward!

Josh is absolutely wonderful. He took time to explain everything having to do with rats. He made sure I was aware of anything he was doing and even tried to be discreet because my daughter wasn't a fan of me getting rid of the rodents. Whenever he visits he immediately sends me a very detailed email about the progress. If I email him with any questions or concerns, he responds in a timely manner. We did lots of research and his prices are very reasonable. I 100% recommend.

Technician Jerry arrived shortly after being called.He was very professional and knowledgeable. He stated that european hornets invaded the corner of my house.He explained the extermination process and after one treatment they were gone. Jerry is very conscientious about letting me know when he will be arriving and if he’s running late (which is rare). Elimination of mice in my house and evidence of other rodents has been thorough and effective—haven’t seen one in or close to house or in basement pretty much since the first treatment. Good periodic checks to be sure everything’s still good; reasonable rates and packages. Haven’t met Josh, but have spoken on phone, seems very knowledgeable. . Jerry has been the one to service my home and is friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Jerry and Josh for pest control issues!

I hired Freedom Force after I moved into my new home to inspect for bees. They removed a few nests and put me on their seasonal plan to avoid future issues.
