I called them a little after they opened today and in an hour, they were here. They treated the HUGE ant hill for such an affordable and reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with their service and customer service. Josh was a rockstar.... 10 stars!! Highly recommend!!

When I was looking for an exterminator, I called Freedom Force because of their great reviews. Jerry came out the same day and was able to take care of our issue. I have already recommended them several times and and will continue to do so in the future. This company is ethical, won't sell you something that you don't need and are just overall nice people. Don't hesitate to call them.

We have had a rat problem for a few months now. After trying many of our own remedies such as glue traps, the box traps that a rat can get into but not out of, and snap traps we decided to call Jerry and his team at Freedom Force. Best. Decision. Ever. Jerry came into our home, gave me the black and white of the situation, did not pressure me into something I didn’t want or need, was just 1000% real. We put our home and sanity into his hands and have seen next to immediate results from Jerry’s strategic placement of traps. We have also done our part to work with Jerry such as making subtle changes to how we keep and store food items and dog food. We have also discussed the future of keeping any other critters out of the home and he has a plan for that.
Jerry is wonderful, he’s quick to return a call or text, and had come out on his time off to take care of a full trap in the house. His services are excellent and well worth the money. I highly recommend his services.

We have used Freedom Force since they opened, and don’t plan to go anywhere else. Josh is so knowledgeable, and explains everything so that you understand the process and know what to expect!! They check back in to make sure things are resolved and that the customer is happy. Very pleased, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for pest control help!

Great customer service! Josh has come on time, every time to deal with our mice. He found and plugged many little entry points we didn’t know about. Very friendly and reliable with reasonable pricing. He will be returning to deal with our barn carpenter bees!

I kept finding dead bees in my guest room and had no clue where they were coming from! Windows were all locked and it was on a second floor, so I knew they weren’t coming through the door. Within 5 minutes Josh was able to locate the nest AND find out how they were getting in (a tiny hole next to the vents, can you believe it?!). My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner! Josh knows his stuff and is incredibly considerate and polite (I have white carpeting and he didn’t leave a trace). I always recommend Freedom Force to anyone looking for help!
